Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and The Guest Office and govern your use of The Guest Office. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
The Guest Office lets you manage hospitality seats, invite guests, deliver tickets, collect RSVPs and gather feedback. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in and for everything done in your workspace. You must give accurate account details and keep them up to date. You may invite colleagues; you remain responsible for their use of the service.
3. Your guests’ data
You own the contact details, invitation records and files you upload. You are the data controller for that information and confirm you have a lawful basis to upload it and to contact those guests. We act as your processor and only handle it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and on the subprocessors page. You must pass on or forward to us any access or deletion request a guest makes to you.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to resell tickets in breach of a venue’s rules, or to attempt to circumvent access controls or other customers’ data.
5. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible. Support is available by email at notify@theguestoffice.com.
6. Fees and trials
Trial periods and subscription fees are shown on the pricing page. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel at any time and delete your workspace from Settings. Deletion removes your guests, invitations, files and logs and cannot be undone.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email. The agreement is governed by the laws applicable at our registered seat, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
